This site belongs to Kylie Cupp, a cosmetologist in Anniston, Alabama. Here’s what happens with the information you share here, in plain language.
What this site collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the appointment request form: your name, your email address, the service you’re interested in, and your message about your hair. There are no accounts, no payments, and no sign-ups on this site.
How it’s used
Your request goes to Kylie so she can reply, answer your questions, and schedule your appointment. That’s it. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you won’t be added to a mailing list by submitting the form.
Form submissions are delivered to Kylie’s email by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your submission only to deliver it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard web request (including your IP address) to Google’s servers to fetch those font files, the same as on most websites.
Photos
The hair and nail photos on this site are Kylie’s own work, shared with her clients’ permission. If you’re pictured and would like a photo taken down, reach out and it will be removed.
Links to other sites
This site links to Kylie’s Instagram and Facebook pages. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and anything you do there is covered by their rules, not this policy.
How long requests are kept
Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage bookings. If you’d like a past request deleted, just ask.
Your choices
You can contact Kylie at any time to ask what information she has from your requests, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [CONTACT EMAIL — replace before launch] and she’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how this site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change with it.
